Merit America is a 16 week program, with 12-15 hours of online learning per week and 2-3 hours of in-person learning per week.
The in-person learning will take place in Amazon Centers, and you will be able to pick the time slots that work best for your schedule from several time and location options. If none of the options work for you, you may work with your HR POC as well on schedule accommodations.
After the 16 weeks, you will enter the “Placement” phase where you will continue to apply to and interview for jobs if you have not already landed a new job, with the support of your coach.
